pimento cheese
16 oz cracker barrel cheddar cheese
½ to ¾ cup Duke’s Mayo
4-7 oz jar of diced pimento’s drained
½ cup green onion with both white and green pieces
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp or more cayenne pepper
Couple small dashes Worcestershire sauce
Dash or two of Tabasco Sauce
Mix well in large bowl and keep refrigerated until serving
