simple corn & crabmeat soup
I stick of butter
1 cup of onion chopped fine
1 cup of green onions chopped fine
Sauté the onion until very tender
Add 1 ½ cups of crabmeat and fold well into seasoning
Add salt and pepper to taste being careful with salt
Add 2 cans of cream style corn and one can of regular corn with liquid
Add 1 cup of half and half cream
Cayenne for spice.
Heat over medium-low til just above simmering.
